Laser Cutting
We provide Fast and Precise fiber laser cutting services using the latest technology in fiber lasers. This allows us to be able to process material up to four times as quickly as competitors. We have the capabilities and capacity to laser cut a wide range of materials including Aluminum, Steel, Stainless Steel, Brass, Copper and Titanium. Our industry leading CAD-Based software allows us to efficiently nest parts on sheets and guarantee the best possible material usage, saving our partners time and money.
Forming
Our state of the art CNC 4 axis press brakes allow us to perform a wide variety of metal forming services. Through metal forming, we can create small precision components as well as handle large scale fabrication of parts and materials. We are able to design and manufacture high-quality customer parts and components to meet the very precise requirements and tolerances of our respected customers. With machines up to 160 Tons and 10 feet wide we can handle almost any job you can through at us!
Tapping
This is the process of cutting threads in a hole using specialized cutting taps. We are set up to tap coarse to fine threads in all different kinds of material. From thick material to thin material, large taps to small taps we can handle it. Give us a call for your next project.
Shipping
Shipping is an everyday thing for us. We know how to pack your projects so things do not get damaged during this process. From single small items that fit in a box to large production runs that go on pallets, we are here to help you.
Countersinking
Countersinking is the process of cutting a bevel in the top of a hole. This allows for a screw, bolt or rivet to be recessed once assembled. We are set up to counter sink all different materials, any size you need and any at degree needed for your countersink.
